Minnesota Council for Exceptional Children

The MNCEC Membership has unanimously approved the draft of the State Unit’s Constitution and Bylaws. A voice vote to adopt the constitution and bylaws took place at the membership’s annual meeting Thursday, February 16th 2006 at 8:30 a.m. during the 2006 conference in Rochester. The Minnesota Council for Exceptional Children is an organization of over 700 members. As a member you are part of the leading international association that has been helping students with exceptionalities and the individuals who serve them since 1922. You benefit from the endless work of the advocates to expand services and opportunities for every child and every individual involved in the field of special education. You share in the ongoing campaign to advance the field of special education.
