Jim Greenlee received the Special Person Award

Jim Greenlee works tirelessly to help disadvantaged individuals. He is the Director of Chi Rho Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to the academic, social and spiritual development of children. Jim has led Backpackers, program that connects suburban youth with children in Minneapolis. Tutoring and mentoring between the two groups occurs throughout the school year. Grandier is also led by Jim and is a program for adults with mental health disabilities and Chi Rho is an academic, summer camp for student with and without disabilities. Jim has touched the lives of numerous people who love him. His sense of humor wins friends. People know immediately that he is there to help them. He is someone who puts every ounce of his energy into helping others. Jim was nominated by Lonna Moline, Past-President of the Minnesota Council for Children with Behavior Disabilities.
